Step by step:
Hydrate the chia seeds
In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of chia seeds with ½ cup of water.
Rest for 10-15 minutes until a deep gel forms.Prepare the dough
In one bowl, combine the oatmeal flour, the oregano, the salt and the olive oil.
Add the chia gel and moisturize it.
Mix well until forming a malleable dough. If it’s too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
Extend the masonry with a covered paper rod or a lightly coated surface.
Be sure to be fine, of some 2-3 mm of space.
Cut in the form of quadrants or the form you prefer.
