Optional garnishes:
Fresh strawberry slices on the side of the glass
Whipped cream on top
A sprinkle of matcha powder
4. Milk Tea (Basic Recipe)
Ingredients
2 black tea bags (or 2 tsp loose black tea, like Assam or Ceylon)
1 cup hot water
½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy: oat, almond, soy)
1–2 tbsp sugar, honey, or syrup (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
Steep the tea bags in hot water for 3–5 minutes (longer for stronger flavor).
Remove the tea bags and stir in sweetener while warm.
Add milk and stir until well combined.
Serve hot or pour over ice for iced milk tea.
5. Korean Banana Milk
Ingredients (2 servings):
2 ripe bananas (the riper, the sweeter)
2 cups cold milk (whole milk or oat milk works well)
2–3 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
Ice cubes (optional, if you want it chilled fast)
Instructions:
Peel and slice the bananas.
Blend bananas, milk, sugar (or honey), and vanilla until smooth and frothy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Strain through a fine sieve (optional, for smoother texture).
Serve cold in a glass or bottle — just like the famous Korean ones.
