1 red bell pepper
2 large tomatoes
1 scotch bonnet pepper (optional, for heat)
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp curry powder
1 seasoning cube
Salt to taste
Chicken stock
