How to Make Bay Leaf & Clove Tea
Ingredients:
3 dried bay leaves
3-4 whole cloves
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon honey (optional, for taste)
Instructions:
Put the water to a boil in a small pot.
Add the bay leaves and cloves.
Let it boil for 10 minutes to release the beneficial compounds.
Get rid of heat, strain, and let it cool slightly.
If desired, add honey for a touch of sweetness.
