Not Your Average Lemonade

4. Creamy Lemonade

4 lemons quartered
4 cups whole milk
2 cups cold water
1/4 cup condensed milk
1 cup granulated sugar
Ice cubes for serving

In a high-powered blender, add the quartered lemons, whole milk, cold water, condensed milk and granulated sugar.

Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. DO NOT OVERMIX as it will cause the drink to be bitter.

Pour the liquid through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp or solids.

Serve over a glass filled with ice cubes. For the best taste and texture, enjoy the drink immediately.

5. Lemonade Float

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups cold lemonade (homemade or store-bought)
1–2 scoops vanilla ice cream or lemon sorbet
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:
Chill your glass in the freezer for 10–15 minutes (optional but refreshing).
Fill the glass halfway with cold lemonade. Add a few ice cubes if you like it extra cold.
Gently scoop vanilla ice cream and place it on top of the lemonade.
Top off with more lemonade, letting it fizz around the ice cream.
Garnish with a lemon slide. Serve immediately with a straw and spoon!
