4. Onion Compress: Soothing and Anti-Inflammatory

Onions are rich in natural anti-inflammatory and antibacterial compounds that can help ease ear pain and swelling.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 onion

  • 1 clean cloth

Steps:

  1. Slice the onion and wrap it in the cloth.

  2. Warm it in the microwave for about a minute.

  3. Allow it to cool until comfortably warm.

  4. Apply over the ear for 10–15 minutes.

  5. Repeat several times a day for relief.
