How to prepare a detox and hydrating drink at home

Ingredients:

• 24 ounces of water (about 3 cups or 700 ml)

• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

• 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

 

Preparation Method:

• Pour the water into a large pitcher or a wide glass cup.

• Add the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.

• Add the salt and ground ginger.

• Stir the ingredients well until the salt dissolves completely and the flavors are well combined.

• You can drink it cold or at room temperature.
