Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook mostaccioli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the beef and sausage mix. Drain excess fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
In the baking dish, layer half the pasta, half the meat sauce, and half the mozzarella and ricotta cheese.
Repeat layers, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
