Peel from a small piece of tamarind
Peel from 1 mandarin
Peel from 1 head of garlic
2 sticks of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 liter water
Instructions:
Place all peels and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan.
Sprinkle in turmeric.
Pour in the water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Strain through a fine sieve.
Let it cool slightly — your drink is ready!
