Chia Seed Water Combo



2️⃣ Detox + Digestion (Cucumber + Mint + Lime)

⭐ Ingredients:

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup water

3–4 thin cucumber slices

Juice of ½ lime

Few fresh mint leaves

🧾 How to Make:

1. Chia seeds ko paani me 10–15 min soak hone dein.

2. Isme cucumber slices, lime juice aur mint leaves add karein.

3. Light stir karke thanda serve karein.

🌿 How to Use:

Lunch ke pehle ya din me kabhi bhi pi sakte hain.

Digestion improve karta hai aur toxins flush karta hai.



3️⃣ Glowing Skin (Strawberry + Rose Water + Collagen)

⭐ Ingredients:

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup water

2–3 mashed or sliced strawberries

½ tsp rose water (optional)

1 scoop unflavored collagen powder (optional)

🧾 How to Make:

1. Chia seeds ko paani me 15 min soak kar lein.

2. Isme mashed strawberries add karein.

3. Rose water aur collagen powder optional hai, dalne par aur effective ho jata hai.

4. Mix karke chilled serve karein.
