Baked chicken wings that are sweet, spicy, sticky, and finger-lickin’ good.

Sauce:
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 tbsp Rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
1/2 tbsp Minced garlic
1 tsp Minced ginger
2 tbsp Ketchup

Slurry:
1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp Water

Season the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake at 400F for 50-60min. Flip Halfway.

In a sauce pan add all the ingredients listed above. Once the sauce is simmering add the slurry, mix and turn off the heat.

Drizzle the sauce over cooked chicken wings and toss everything together and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.

4. Spicy Pineapple Sweet Chili Wings

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes & flats)
1 tbsp baking powder (for crispy skin if baking)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp neutral oil (if baking or grilling)

Pineapple Sweet Chili Sauce:
1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice (fresh or canned)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or lime juice)
1 tbsp sriracha (or chili flakes, adjust heat)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry, optional for thickening)
