Benefits of Clove for Skin: Clove Oil, Clove Gel, and Clove Ice Cubes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of cloves
  • 3 tablespoons cold-pressed coconut oil / jojoba oil
  • 1 vitamin E capsule (optional)

Method:

  1. Lightly crush the cloves and add them to the oil.
  2. Heat the oil in a bain-marie for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Let it infuse for 1 to 2 days. Filter.
  4. Store in a dark glass bottle.

Instructions for use:

  • Take 2 to 3 drops and massage into the skin in the evening.
  • Can be mixed with your night cream or used directly.
