4. Jaw Exercise
This exercise is perfect for shaping your cheeks and reducing a double chin.
Sit and move your jaws as if you were chewing with your mouth closed. Breathe through your nose while performing the exercise and repeat several times.
5. Jalandhara Bandha
This exercise tones the face and relaxes the jaw muscles.
Sit in lotus position and breathe deeply. Place your hands on your knees, lift your shoulders, and bend forward. Rest your chin on your chest, hold your breath, and try to relax for a few seconds, then repeat.
6. Mouthwash Technique
This technique tones the cheeks and eliminates a double chin.
Fill your mouth with air and move it from one side of your mouth to the other, as if you were rinsing with mouthwash. Perform the exercise for a few seconds.
7. Neck Rotation
The most effective exercise for a double chin, but it also helps strengthen the neck muscles.
Sit on the floor, bend your head in line with your chin, and rotate it. Keep your back straight as you perform the exercise. Repeat, moving your head to both sides.
