2 grilled chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
3 cups chopped romaine or mixed greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber slices
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
½ cup tzatziki sauce (Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Grill the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
Prepare the Salad Base:
In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and fresh dill.
Assemble the Bowl:
Divide the salad into two serving bowls. Top each with sliced grilled chicken.
Add the Sauce:
